You are welcome to bring your own event organizer and decorator. However, please note that BG Management may require the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the Resort.
Terms and Conditions:
Maximum four (4) hours of use of the function room, additional hours are subject to Php 2,500 charges per hour for the BG Lounge and Php 3,500 charges per hour for Terrace Hall.
Maximum eight (8) hours of use of the swimming pool, additional hours are subject to Php 2,500 charges per hour for the BG pool area and Php 200 charges per hour for Cottages
An additional fee of 100 pesos will be charged for each person exceeding the 100-person limit. Swimming in the pool also incurs a fee of 150 pesos per Adult & 50 pesos for kids below 10 years old.
A Php 5,000 non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation
A thirty percent (30%) deposit is required before the actual event. Full payment shall be made three (3) days before the event in cash.
Cancellation must be made 15 days before the actual event
Changes in number of persons, primary sponsor, and menu must be made one week before the event.
