EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract ("Contract") is entered into on this ___ day of _______, 20, by and between:
Employer: BUXTON GAN RESORT HOTEL, a duly registered entity under the laws of the Philippines, with its principal office at Sitio Campo, Brgy. Agpudlos, San Andres, Romblon, 5504 Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer";

WHEREAS, the Employer wishes to hire the Employee as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) on a part-time basis, and the Employee accepts this role under the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
The Employee shall serve as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and will be responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the swimming pool and related facilities, including:
Maintaining water quality and chemical balance.
Conducting routine pool cleaning and maintenance.
Inspecting and repairing equipment as needed.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Keeping accurate maintenance records.
Enforcing pool rules and safety standards.
Water Chemistry Maintenance
Regularly test and adjust water chemistry, including pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels.
Pool Equipment Maintenance
Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems.
Address equipment malfunctions promptly.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain and position safety equipment and signage.
Enforce pool rules.
Cleaning and Upkeep
Maintain cleanliness of the pool, deck, slides, and surrounding areas.
Vacuum and brush pool surfaces as needed.
Record-Keeping
Document chemical test results, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Additional Tasks
Assist with opening and closing the facility.
Ensure availability of pool-related supplies.
Provide customer assistance when needed.
The Employee is hired on a part-time basis and shall work three (3) days per week, as per the agreed schedule.

The primary terms and conditions of your employment are outlined in this Employment Contract (the "Contract").
Your employment under this contract shall commence on _______________, as a Part Time / Regular Employee. You are expected to perform all assigned tasks with diligence, following Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Manuals appropriate to your position.

Comply with all laws and reasonable instructions given to you by the superiors of BGRH, including duties not specifically mentioned but are reasonable.
Respect and follow all laws and reasonable directives from your superiors.
BGRH has the right and authority to transfer you to a different company assignment at any time if necessary. You must understand that you are an employee of BG and not of your assigned company.
Guarantee that you are qualified to perform the services required under this contract and fit for the designated position. Any material misrepresentation will lead to the immediate termination of this contract.
Any violation of this policy will be subject to corresponding liabilities based on reasonable damages.
If an employee abandons their duties for three (3) consecutive days without prior notice to the employer:
The employee will not receive any benefits or incentives in accordance with the employer's total benefits standards.
If the employee experiences unexpected events inside or outside the workplace, they must immediately inform their Management/ BG Recruitment Services so that colleagues or housemates can be notified.
Any leave of absence must be approved by your Immediate Superior to be considered valid.
If you intend to resign from the company, you must submit a notice at least thirty (30) days in advance before your resignation becomes effective. This allows the company enough time to find a replacement for your position. This obligation is in accordance with Article 285 of the Philippine Labor Code.
Failure to comply will make you liable for damages amounting to PHP 10,000.00, which may be deducted from your salary or legally collected by BGHR.
Termination by Employee. An employee may terminate the employment relationship without just cause by serving a written notice to the employer at least one (1) month in advance. If no such notice is given, the employer may hold the employee liable for damages, including but not limited to:
Business disruptions
Costs of hiring an emergency replacement
Costs of training a new employee on short notice
You have the right to be paid at a rate of ₱_______ per day (Basic Pay), given every ____ and ____ of the month. Your total salary is based on the number of days you have worked, along with other payments such as benefits mandated under labor laws and standards.

If an employee completes their contract, the final salary and other legally mandated benefits will only be released after submitting all required clearance documents to the Accounting Department of BG Recruitment Services.
The final pay will be released within approximately 30-60 working days (excluding holidays and Sundays).
It is company policy that an employee’s services may be terminated for any of the following reasons:
a) If you are found to be physically or medically unfit for the job.
b) If you are involved in a criminal offense.
c) If you submitted forged (fake) documents.
Buxton Gan Resort Hotel reserves the right to terminate your service at any time under circumstances in accordance with jurisprudence and employment laws.
The company has the right to manage the following:
Hiring of applicants
Work assignments
Working methods and processes
Time, place, and manner of work
Work supervision
Employee transfers to different company assignments
Lay-off or reduction of employees
Discipline, dismissal, and recall of employees (including issuance of appropriate memorandums and office reports)
Upon signing this contract, the employee and the company agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
The employee is required to comply with all company rules and regulations.

I understand that I will voluntarily pay a penalty fee of ₱10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Pesos) if I do not complete this contract without a valid or legal reason. The Employee is hereby hired as a Full-Time Chef/Barista/Bartender /Waiter/Waitress at BG Lounge Bar Cafe Restaurant. The Employee shall perform duties that include, but are not limited to:

The Employee shall receive a daily wage based on the minimum provincial wage applicable in Romblon.

The Employee is not entitled to employer contributions for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG during the probationary period and must personally cover these contributions.
Upon regularization, the Employer will cover 50% of the Employee’s SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, with the remaining 50% deducted from the Employee’s salary.

The Employee shall be compensated at a rate no less than the minimum provincial wage per hour as mandated by local labor laws.
The Employee’s working hours shall be determined based on the operational needs of the Employer.
Overtime pay, if applicable, shall be compensated according to relevant labor regulations.
The Employee shall be responsible for paying their own contributions to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. The Employer shall not deduct or cover these contributions.
The Employee shall be entitled to meal breaks as per labor regulations.
Additional benefits, if any, shall be provided at the discretion of the Employer.
The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee’s employment during or after the probationary period for any valid reason, including but not limited to poor performance, misconduct, or violation of company policies.

6.1 The Performer shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. 6.2 The Performer shall not engage in any illegal activities, excessive intoxication, or misconduct during their performance at the Venue. 6.3 The Venue reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Performer violates this clause.
7.1 The Performer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its owners, employees, and patrons from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their performance. 7.2 The Venue shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment belonging to the Performer.
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 8.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Romblon, Philippines.
9.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and remain in effect until the completion of the agreed performance schedule. 9.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice of [X] days, provided no obligations remain outstanding.
10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. 10.2 Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. 10.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signing, by and between BG Lounge Bar Cafe Restaurant ("Disclosing Party"), and the undersigned employee, contractor, or business partner ("Receiving Party").
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the confidential kitchen recipes, formulations, processes, operational methods, and other proprietary information related to BG Lounge Bar Cafe Restaurant.
2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
Recipes, ingredient lists, and food preparation techniques
Formulations and proprietary methods developed by the chef
Cooking techniques, presentation styles, and unique menu items
Supplier lists and cost structures
Business operations, marketing strategies, and financial data
Any other proprietary restaurant-related information
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE RECEIVING PARTY
The Receiving Party agrees to:
Maintain the confidentiality of the disclosed information
Not disclose, reproduce, or share confidential information with third parties
Use the information solely for work-related purposes within the restaurant
Take all necessary precautions to protect confidential information
Return or destroy all confidential materials upon termination of employment or contractual relationship
4. EXCEPTIONS
Confidentiality obligations shall not apply to information that:
Is publicly available at the time of disclosure
Becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party
Is required to be disclosed by law, provided prior notice is given to the Disclosing Party
5. DURATION
This Agreement remains in effect during the period of employment, contract, or partnership and for five (5) years after termination.
6. BREACH AND REMEDIES
A breach of this Agreement may result in legal action, including but not limited to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and termination of employment or contract.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Pool Hours: The pool operates from [insert time] AM to [insert time] PM. Swimming outside these hours is not permitted.
Appropriate Swimwear: Only proper swim attire such as swimsuits and swim trunks are allowed. Denim, cotton clothing, or non-swim apparel are prohibited.
Pre-Swim Shower: All guests must take a shower before entering the pool to maintain hygiene.

Hygiene Standards: Spitting, nose-blowing, urinating, or engaging in unhygienic activities in the pool is strictly prohibited.
Restricted Items: Unauthorized objects such as electrical appliances, large inflatables, or hazardous materials are not permitted.
Lifeguard Supervision: Certified lifeguards will be on duty, but guests swim at their own risk.
Property Care: Guests must respect resort facilities. Any damages may result in additional charges.
Quiet Hours: Guests must maintain a peaceful environment and avoid loud noises after midnight in public areas.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome on resort grounds but are not allowed in the pool area unless otherwise stated.
Pool Maintenance & Cleaning: The pool will be closed during scheduled maintenance and cleaning periods. Swimming during these times is not permitted.

This Non-Disclosure and Compliance Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of ________, 20, by and between the undersigned family members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") residing at ______________ ("Residence").
1. PURPOSE
This Agreement is established to ensure that all Members comply with the agreed-upon house rules and regulations to maintain order, security, and harmony within the Residence and its surroundings.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
All Members agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any family matters, internal discussions, and decisions made in the household. Information regarding house rules and private affairs shall not be disclosed to outsiders without prior consent.
3. HOUSE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
All Members shall adhere to the following rules and restrictions within the Residence and its surroundings:
No Cutting of Trees: Members are strictly prohibited from cutting down trees within the premises unless approved for safety or maintenance reasons.
No Burning of Waste: Open burning of any form of waste, including leaves, plastics, and household trash, is not allowed. Proper disposal methods should be followed.
No Keeping of Chickens: Raising chickens or other poultry within the Residence is not permitted.
No Dogs or Cats: Members are not allowed to keep dogs, cats, or any other pets within the premises.
Limited Visitors: Visitors are allowed but should be limited and must not cause inconvenience or disturbance to other Members. Prior notice and approval may be required for overnight stays.
Respect for Common Areas: All Members must maintain cleanliness and orderliness in shared spaces such as the yard, garden, and hallways.
Noise Control: Loud noises, music, or disturbances that may affect the peace of the household and neighborhood must be avoided.
Compliance with Local Regulations: Members shall abide by all local laws, environmental guidelines, and community regulations.
4. VIOLATION AND CONSEQUENCES
Any Member found violating these rules shall be subject to corrective measures, which may include:
Verbal or written warning.
Fines or penalties as determined by the family council.
Revocation of privileges within the Residence.
Any other appropriate action deemed necessary by the family.
5. AGREEMENT DURATION
This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely unless amended or terminated by mutual consent of all Members.
6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SIGNATURES
By signing this Agreement, the undersigned Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the stated rules and obligations.
